So what is the most expensive zip code in your state. I thought it would be somewhere by Aspen but a Zip Code down by Telluride took the price in Colorado. This is an interesting list that may surprise you from an article in Money Magazine.

If you are looking to buy in the Denver area my suggestion is be prepared, have your financing ready to go and have a good quality realtor lined up to help you once you are ready to buy. I see it all too often that people see a home they love online and contact me to see it but do not have their financing lined up and miss out on the property. Do your leg work now before you start looking.  |
